Unit Reflash Email Template

Dear XXXXX ,

It looks like the unit communication was interrupted during the flashing process and needs to be reflashed I have included the instructions to perform this below.

1.Close CANDoo Application if it is open
2.Unplug the USB Cable from the PC
3.Wait about 30 seconds
4.Plug the USB Cable back into the PC (this restarts the pic in the hardware into it's boot state)
5.Download the following www.candoopro.com/candooinstall/ResetFlashTool.exe
6.You will need to save this to your desktop and right click on it and choose to run as administrator.

This application when it runs properly will show some stuff like Answer:FE, Flash CRC should now be zero and Answer:00, and Complete.

If you don't get these answers let me know.

If it does reset the 00 then startup CANDooPro and let it load the flash back.
