At the end of the day - it is all about customer service. I had a couple start-up issues with the hardware, one call to Jeff at CannDoo - and I was able to diag a low oil pressure that my mechanic never saw and was the reason the motor was in "guardian"mode. Seems like in the day in age - as a vessel owner, you have to do your own diagnosis of issues, otherwise you end up having a mechanic replace items until they get lucky! Highly reccomend this tool
