I went back-and-forth on whether to buy this read/write scanner system and really researched all the other available options. For the price, you cannot get a better system. Reading and wiping fault codes is nice, but the available options to program keys, pair ECM and gauge clusters, and view live data (all of which I have done without issue with the home system) are easy to use and cannot be obtained otherwise at this price point with competitor offerings. The CANDooPro system has saved me at least 4 trips to the shop and paid for itself probably a couple times over within the first couple months of ownership. Now I do all my diagnosis and repairs from my garage.
The customer support is also fantastic. Dennis even bench tested my ECM and confirmed that is was fried. I also think I received the unit the next day (I live in FL). I would certainly buy again and recommend the system without hesitation.
Just so I'm not all sunshine and roses: the graphical user interface is absolutely functional but could be modernized. A wireless option (please be backwards compatible) to a phone or tablet combined with full-time live data read would be a game changer. I'd me micromanaging my boat all day!
